Cougar Turbine Supply, Inc. provides replacement parts for nearly all Solar® turbo-machinery at significant cost savings to you. Our staff is committed to respond to your requests for quotation as quickly as possible, and we provide nothing but the top quality parts you demand. Our experience working with this equipment in the field has taught us there is nothing more important than having replacement parts you can depend upon, and at Cougar Turbine Supply, Inc. nothing less is acceptable.

 

We overhaul Saturn® engines to the T-1300, and Centaur® engines to the T-4700. We also overhaul all accessory drives, power turbines, and gearboxes. We provide our customers with complete disposition and condition reports, and work with them to give them the best quality overhaul for the least amount of money possible.

 

We overhaul and/or re-stage boost compressors to fit the customer’s application. We inventory a large assortment of staging, and generally provide the quick turn-a-round necessary to fill our customer’s needs. We provide a complete disposition and condition report, and offer trade-in allowances for customer’s components not used in the overhaul/re-stage.

 

Cougar Turbine Supply, Inc. takes pride in overhauling small components such as pumps, motors, fuel control valves, regulators, servo-actuators, etc. Too many times customers have valuable inoperable components sitting on a shelf or stuffed in the corner of a warehouse. Sooner or later this part is needed and the customer unfortunately must buy a new part, and pay the price associated with it. We hope you will consider sending these parts to us for overhaul, and for a minimal price, bring value back to these dead assets.

 

Cougar Turbine Supply, Inc. personnel have vast experience refurbishing Saturn® and Centaur® packages, and will gladly quote a package refurbishment to our customers at their request.

 

We have retrofitted many control systems from relay logic to PLC over the years, and will use any brand of PLC you have currently standardized with or request. We will work with you to design the system, and include any customer specific requests you may have. Whether you just need to retrofit one unit, or tie a whole station together with station control, we would enjoy the opportunity to give you an alternative quotation to fill your needs.

 

Cougar Turbine Supply, Inc. is always in the market to purchase surplus Solar® equipment.
